More than 40 board-certified physicians across 15+ states. You choose your collection physician from our network, and the visit is included in your membership. After you enroll, your selected doctor will contact you within 48 hours to schedule.

We collect your own stem cells from bone marrow or adipose (fat) tissue. Both are rich, proven sources of mesenchymal stem cells. We don't recommend one over the other — you choose with your physician.
A brief outpatient procedure from the hip under local anesthetic — typically about 15 minutes. No hospital stay. Most people feel mild pressure, not pain. Soreness for a few days is normal; most clients resume regular activities within 24–48 hours, and many drive themselves home or return to work later that day.
Stem cells from adipose (fat) tissue, often captured during a planned aesthetic procedure from tissue that would otherwise be discarded. Recovery follows that procedure. If you're not already having liposuction, your physician can still collect adipose as a dedicated visit.

Your cells don't travel by standard mail. They move through a temperature-controlled medical courier network in insulated packaging, with real-time tracking and verified chain-of-custody handoffs. Every kit uses sterile, single-use collection materials; each sample is individually packaged and shipped separately so it is never mixed, contaminated, or misidentified. At intake, identity is verified and every vial is barcoded into our laboratory information system.

Tissue ships to our ISO-accredited lab in Ann Arbor, Michigan. A technician verifies your identity and sample integrity before anything is opened. Cell isolation happens in a Class II Biological Safety Cabinet. We centrifuge the tissue to separate mesenchymal stem cells, confirm viability, then split them into eight MSC vials plus four vials of whole plasma — stored unexpanded, so expansion can happen later under physician guidance.

Cells are cryopreserved with a controlled-rate freezing process and held in vapor-phase liquid nitrogen tanks with redundant monitoring, backup power, and 24/7 oversight. Storage conditions are logged continuously, not spot-checked. We also keep cells with an off-site disaster-recovery partner. Properly cryopreserved cells are stable for decades, and they remain the age they were at collection.

Once cells are tested, we send you a photo — a "Cellfie" — of your processed cells. View it anytime in the Forever app (iOS and Android) and the client portal, alongside your vials and storage location.

You own the cells. Forever Labs is the custodian. On your written request we ship them to your physician, clinic, or another biobank in the U.S. or abroad, for a $300 retrieval shipping fee. Future use is physician-directed under the FDA Section 361 pathway (21 CFR Part 1271). Culture expansion is in development at our cGMP-compliant lab in Jupiter, Florida (Q4 2026) — we thaw one vial, reconfirm viability, and culture from passage zero while remaining vials stay in storage, typically 2–6 weeks.
