Why it could matter later. If illness or demanding treatment depletes your immune system, your younger stored immune cells may help support future treatments that use your own cells.
Each draw is dated and stored as its own vintage. Future draws add new vintages and never replace the first.

Future methylation measurements should use comparable sample types and methods. Your stored data can also be revisited as interpretation improves.
