Certified Facilities
Our primary lab in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is ISO-accredited. A second cGMP-compliant lab will open in 2026 in Jupiter, Florida. Once opened, our Florida lab will offer stem cell expansion services to providers in selected states.

Submit your application to express your interest in joining the Forever Labs network. A team member will reach out to schedule an introductory call with you.
Onboard/02
Schedule collection procedures at your clinic when it works best for the patient. We accept stem cell samples from bone marrow aspirations and adipose tissue collection.
Collect/03
We provide collection kits and handle the logistics for stem cell samples from bone marrow aspirations and adipose tissue collection. We will arrange for samples to be retrieved and immediately transported to our lab for processing.
