Science
Why
Because mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are your body's natural repair system — capable of regenerating bone, cartilage, muscle, and connective tissue. As you age, both quality and quantity of MSCs decline. Banking them now preserves your youngest, most potent cells for future use.
Regenerative medicine is expanding rapidly. With emerging state and federal pathways — especially in places like Florida — access to MSC-based therapies is increasing. Forever Labs exists so you're ready when those opportunities arrive.
How
The Procedure: Simple, outpatient, and quick
- Performed under local anesthetic
- Most people feel mild pressure, not pain
- Soreness for a few days is normal
- Back to regular activities quickly
What
We collect your own stem cells from two rich, proven sources:
- Bone marrow (hip)
- Adipose (fat) tissue
Both contain high concentrations of MSCs. Neither is "better" — they offer different advantages, and you choose with your physician.
Your cells are precious. So is your trust.
Medical-grade collection
Your journey starts in a licensed medical setting with professionals trained specifically in stem-cell collection.
Every kit includes:
- Each sample is individually packaged and shipped separately
- sterile, single-use collection materials
This ensures your sample is never mixed, contaminated, or misidentified.
Protected transport
Your cells don't travel by standard mail.
They move through a temperature-controlled medical courier network with:
- real-time tracking
- verified chain-of-custody handoffs
- controlled environments designed for biological materials
It's the same level of transport used by hospitals and research institutions.
Secure lab intake
When your kit arrives at the lab, our technician verifies your identity and the integrity of your sample before anything is opened.
All data is logged into a Laboratory Information Management System so your sample remains traceable at every moment. Nothing proceeds without full verification. With unique barcodes tied to you alone.
Advanced tools and strict standards to protect the integrity of your biology.
Where science meets stewardship
Every sample we receive is processed in our ISO-certified facility, designed to meet the highest standards of safety, sterility, and traceability. From collection to long-term storage, our procedures mirror those used in advanced clinical and research methods — ensuring that your stem cells remain viable for decades.
Long-term preservation and monitoring
Our lab is not static — it's a living research environment. We actively explore next- generation methods for cell processing, expansion, and characterization, aligning our standards with emerging regulatory and scientific best practices.
By banking with us, you're not just preserving your stem cells; you're connecting to a continuously evolving platform designed to keep your biology aligned with the frontiers of regenerative medicine.
Where the science starts: the clinical procedure that secures your future cells.
Why we do it this way
We focus on what matters most: your comfort, safety, and long-term results. Both procedures are backed by years of research, ensuring your stem cells are collected and stored with the highest standards of care and scientific precision.
Where we collect from
We collect your stem cells from bone marrow or adipose tissue — both rich, proven sources of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). These cells support regeneration of bone, cartilage, and connective tissue and are the foundation of today's most successful regenerative therapies.
Before your procedure
Your physician will walk you through the process and answer any questions. The procedure is outpatient, meaning no hospital stay is required. You'll receive a local anesthetic to ensure comfort during the short collection process. Most clients choose to drive themselves home or return to work later that day.
During the collection
Your stem cells are collected from either bone marrow in the hip or adipose (fat) tissue, depending on your preference and physician recommendation. The process is quick and minimally invasive — most people describe it as a feeling of pressure or mild discomfort rather than pain. The collection typically takes less than an hour.
After the procedure
You may experience some soreness at the collection site for a few days, similar to post- workout muscle tenderness. Depending on procedure, most clients resume normal activities within 24–48 hours. Your sample is immediately transported to our ISO- certified lab for processing, testing, and cryogenic preservation.
Advanced cryogenic storage engineered for long-term biological preservation.
Cryopreservation protocols
Our storage partners specialize exclusively in cryogenic preservation. They follow validated, FDA-aligned protocols that maintain cell integrity and viability over the long term. Each aliquot is cryopreserved using a controlled-rate freezing process and stored in vapor-phase liquid nitrogen tanks with redundant monitoring and backup power.
In addition to stem cells, 4 vials of whole plasma is also separated and stored, providing additional biological materials that may support future regenerative applications.
Preserved for the Future
Once your cells have been processed, they are cryopreserved in multiple aliquots — eight distinct portions that allow for multiple future uses. This provides flexibility as regenerative therapies evolve.
We don't replicate cells before storage, because future use depends on the specific therapy you and your physician choose. Expansion happens later, under clinical guidance, so your cells are prepared appropriately for the treatment you pursue.
Security and traceability
Each sample receives a unique, encrypted identifier that cannot be traced back to your personal identity. This ID must be matched precisely at every stage — from collection to retrieval — ensuring complete sample integrity and privacy.
We will never share or release biological data without your explicit consent. Every movement and action is logged in a secure, auditable record-keeping system that tracks your sample from collection to return, ensuring full compliance with federal and international privacy standards.
Built for Compliance and Care
Our next-generation lab is being built to comply with relevant standards, aligning with FDA expectations, quality systems, and environmental control. Every part of our storage protocol — from equipment validation to temperature tracking — is designed to provide long-term safety, consistency, and peace of mind.
Every movement is recorded so your sample always stays yours.
Protected at every step
From collection to long-term storage, your cells follow a documented, unbroken chain of custody designed to eliminate risk and ensure scientific integrity. Every handoff, temperature change, and movement is logged using FDA-compliant protocols. Nothing is left to assumption.
Laboratory intake and authentication
Once collected, the sealed kit is transferred through a monitored medical courier network—not standard shipping—ensuring controlled temperature, verified routing, and continuous tracking until arrival at the processing facility.
Processing Under GMP Conditions
All cell isolation and preparation is performed in a Class II Biological Safety Cabinet by trained scientists. Every step—reagent lot numbers, equipment IDs, timestamps—is recorded to create a complete, auditable history.
Cryopreservation & Long-Term Monitoring
Once frozen, your cells are stored in vapor-phase liquid nitrogen tanks with continuous temperature and level monitoring. Each tank is connected to an automated alert system with 24/7 oversight and physical redundancy.
Full Traceability
Your chain of custody record is permanent. Forever Labs maintains the complete log of your sample's lifecycle—from the moment it leaves your body to the moment you may call upon it decades later.
Positioning your cells for next-generation regenerative therapies.
Aligned with Science and Regulation
Your cells move through a closed, carefully managed network designed for safety and reliability. From the moment of collection, they're under the supervision of our trained medical couriers — transported directly from your clinic to our laboratory for processing and cryogenic preservation.
Freedom without compromise
Major updates at both the state and federal levels are creating clearer pathways for the clinical use of autologous (self-derived) cells — particularly in states like Florida, where cGMP-certified labs can facilitate expansion and therapeutic use under defined medical oversight.
We design every part of our process — from collection to storage — to align with these changing standards, ensuring our clients' cells are not just safely stored, but scientifically and ethically positioned for future application.
Preparing for What's Next
To meet this new era of access, Forever Labs is building out a cGMP-compliant facility dedicated to the replication and preparation of client cells for therapeutic use. This next step bridges storage and treatment, creating a seamless continuum from preservation to personalized care.
Our goal remains constant: to act as responsible stewards of your biology, keeping pace with innovation while maintaining the highest standards of trust, compliance, and scientific rigor.
Closing the Loop
The future of regenerative medicine is rapidly taking shape. As the regulatory environment evolves, individuals are gaining greater access to their own stored stem cells for approved and emerging therapies. Forever Labs has positioned itself to ensure our clients are ready when these opportunities become available.
