SINCE 2015

One collection creates a lifetime of options.

A physician-led collection with a partner physician in our national network. We preserve your mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and, from bone marrow, your hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) too.

From $3,000, including your physician visit and first year of storage.

Bone marrow and adipose tissue are both rich sources of MSCs, so either collection preserves them.

  • Can become bone, cartilage or fat
  • The cells behind repair of bone, cartilage and muscle
  • Preserved from a bone marrow aspiration or lipoaspiration

HSCs · from bone marrow only

The cells behind your blood.

Only a bone marrow aspiration collects HSCs in actionable quantities, so your physician will recommend bone marrow or a dual-source collection if HSCs matter to you.

  • The cells that rebuild your entire blood and immune system
  • Cells counted at intake and suspended in your own plasma
  • Stored alongside your MSCs, with no extra procedure or fee
  • ISO-accredited biobank
  • Physician visit included
  • Full chain of custody
  • HSA/FSA eligible

As we age, our stem cells age with us.

Your marrow holds two distinct stem cell populations. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are the cells behind tissue repair: bone, cartilage and muscle. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) rebuild your entire blood and immune system.

Every marrow collection preserves both, with no extra procedure and no add-on fee. We count your CD34+ cells at intake and suspend your stored cells in your own plasma.

Why it could matter later. Your cells will never be as potent or healthy as they are today. Preserving them now ensures they will always be available.

Marrow stem cell frequency, relative to birth

Schematic. Marrow stem cell (CFU-f) frequency falls roughly 1,000-fold from birth to age 80 (Caplan 2007; Stolzing 2008). Individual results vary.

Bone marrow or adipose tissue.

Both are rich sources of MSCs. Only a bone marrow aspiration also collects hematopoietic stem cells in actionable quantities. Your physician will recommend the right collection for you.

In-office aspiration

Both systems

Both stem cell systems

An in-office bone marrow aspiration collects actionable quantities of both MSCs and HSCs, preserved together.

Lipoaspiration

MSCs only

A rich source of MSCs

A lipoaspiration yields MSCs but does not collect HSCs. A dual-source collection preserves both tissue types in one visit.

    Your baseline

Lifetime members receive their Complete Baseline.

Understand how your biology changes over time.

A baseline gives future measurements something to compare with. The Complete Baseline records your whole genome and methylation patterns, creating a starting point for later analysis.

Future methylation measurements should use comparable sample types and methods. Your stored data can also be revisited as interpretation improves.

The Complete Baseline is included with Stem Cell Lifetime.

Stem cell storage FAQ

Both are rich sources of MSCs. Only a bone marrow aspiration also collects hematopoietic stem cells in actionable quantities. If preserving HSCs matters to you, your physician will recommend a bone marrow collection, or a dual-source collection that preserves both tissue types in one visit.

The youngest cells you'll ever have are the ones you have today.

The Complete Baseline is a wellness record reviewed by a board-certified physician partner. It is not a diagnosis.
