Dr. Trevor Turner is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician and co-founder of Pravida Health, a high-performance medical wellness center in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. Dr. Turner graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, completed his internship in General Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and finished his PM&R residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He spent four years working with Dr.
James Andrews at the Andrews Institute, treating professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes, as well as special operations personnel. Dr. Turner later served as Director of the Center for Orthobiologics at Georgia Bone & Joint. He completed a Precision Medicine fellowship with Wild Health and holds certifications through CrossFit, EXOS, and NSCA Tactical Strength & Conditioning.Dr. Turner has been partnered with Forever Labs since 2018.
