Dr. Laith Farjo is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1993 and is a founding partner of Advanced Orthopedic Specialists and CEO of Novi Bone and Joint Surgery Center. He is an expert in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery, particularly hip arthroscopy, which he has performed routinely for more than 25 years. He has completed over 15,000 shoulder procedures, 7,000 knee procedures, and 4,000 hip procedures.
Dr. Farjo is a multi-year recipient of the Hour Magazine Top Docs Award and has been cited 884 times in academic literature. A pioneer in regenerative medicine, Dr. Farjo has performed thousands of stem cell therapy procedures over the past decade. He has been a partnered physician and advisor with Forever Labs since 2016, serving as its first Chief Medical Officer and developing initial protocols for bone marrow harvest.

Two ways banking can be paid for. Your practice never handles lab processing fees or billing administration on either one.
Patient pays Forever Labs
For standard memberships, the patient enrolls with Forever Labs and is billed directly. You perform the collection; we handle enrollment, lab processing, storage, and all patient billing.
Clinic pays Forever Labs
When a patient is already in for a procedure and adds banking to it, your clinic is invoiced directly and decides what to include in the patient's cost of care. After that term, storage continues as a standard membership the patient holds with us.
